support or troubleshooting (see the forum link below
instead).
DO NOT send us paperwork to fill out for things like accessibility or security conformance
reports for governments, IT departments, etc. We WILL NOT fill them out.
DO NOT send us unsolicited licensing changes/customizations/riders. We WILL NOT
sign them.
You can use Paint.NET as-is or you can establish a support contract with us, but
it is not appropriate for you to send enormous amounts of paperwork for us to read and fill out for
free, or to request changes to the license, or anything similar.
For technical support, troubleshooting, questions on how to use Paint.NET, or how to accomplish
certain tasks (e.g. drop shadows, reflections), please ask at
our forum.
For bug reports, feature requests, suggestions and other
feedback, please email us or post in the
forum.
From within Paint.NET you may conveniently send an e-mail via
the Help → Send feedback
or bug report... menu item.
If you find a bug, we ask that you include a description of
the problem and how to reproduce it. Also, please include a
brief description of your system (CPU type and speed, RAM size,
version of Windows). If it is a crash bug we also ask that you
attach the contents of the crash log ("pdncrash.log").
