Jasprit Bumrah was not at his best with the new ball on Day 2 of the second Test against England. Or so it seemed… The magician with the ball in hand was actually waiting for the ball to get slightly old so that he could come back with his most potent weapon - the reverse swing.(ANI )

It all started to make sense when Bumrah was brought back into the attack as soon as Joe Root came to the crease. The ball had just started to reverse and Bumrah knew, he had to make it count. And so he did with a masterful outswinger to send the former England captain back in the hut for the eighth time in his career. England, from coasting at one down for 114 were now 123/3 but the worst was yet to come.(AP)

A couple of overs later, came the moment of the day… And that is saying a lot, considering not too long ago a 22-year-old Yashasvi Jaiswal had become the third youngest Indian to score a Test double century and a 41-year-old James Anderson had made the second new ball talk. But Bumrah surpassed them all with this delivery. It started way outside the off stump and tailed in to such an extent that Ollie Pope could do nothing about it.(PTI)

No wonder there was jubilation in the Indian camp. Not only was this an outstanding in-swinging yorker that would make even the best in the business raise their eyebrows but it was also a wicket that signalled the tilt in the balance of the Test match.(AP)
