However, sometimes, the habits we practice to accelerate the process of getting things done can actually come in the way of doing it right. Our daily routine decides the way we behave, live and feel. Under-feeling or overthinking: When we suppress our emotions, we start to think less of our self-worth. Overthinking can lead to conjuring up disastrous imaginations and thinking that they will happen to us.
