iPhone 12 colors pictured ahead of release date
What you need to know
- Apple's new iPhone 12 comes out on Friday.
- We've already seen a couple of unboxing videos surface.
- We now have some of the best photos to-date ahead of launch.
The iPhone 12 lineup has been pictured in full ahead of its Friday release date, alongside a couple of iPhone 12 Pro models.
Shared by DuanRui, the photos reveal the iPhone 12 in all five of its colors, as well as the pacific blue and graphite versions of the iPhone 12 Pro.

DuanRui followed up the post with a disclaimer stating that "most" of the content posted to the account is from Chinese social media platforms, and is often sent from lots of people all at the same time. With that being said, DuanRui has previously shared accurate information, mostly photos, regarding Apple's upcoming products, so it seems safe to say these photos are legit.
As mentioned, all five colors of iPhone 12 are depicted, and the images also offer a different angle of Apple's new iPhone packaging, which is significantly smaller in size compared to previous generations of iPhone because it doesn't include either a charging brick or Lightning EarPods.
Apple's iPhone 12 and 12 Pro were made available to pre-order on October 16, with a release date of October 23.
Just yesterday, the account shared a video of an iPhone 12 Pro being unboxed, also likely taken from Chinese social media. The 14-second video revealed the iPhone 12 Pro graphite model in all of its glory, including the incredibly shiny stainless steel sides and very sharp edges.
Pre-orders are now open for the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro at Apple. Devices will begin shipping on October 23.
