You can generate your return label directly from Hermes or Royal Mail if returning the item by post. Free returns are available for PayPal and Clearpay orders.

Interest-Free payments with PayPal

PayPal users can spread the cost of M&S purchases over three equal instalments, completely interest-free. If your order value is between £45 and £800, PayPal will determine if you are eligible for this option. If approved, you will need to pay the first instalment immediately. Furniture and mobile app orders are excluded from this offer.

Spread the Cost with Clearpay

If you are over 18, have a UK residence and a valid bank account, you can register with Clearpay and pay in four equal, interest-free instalments at M&S. Once your purchase is completed (between £30 and £800), choose Clearpay as your payment method and you will be redirected to their official website to complete the form. The first instalment, 25% of the order value, is due at the time of purchase. Gift cards, food, drinks and selected furniture items are excluded from this offer.
