Great size and I love all the compartments. The fabric feels quite durable and the straps are really comfortable. The charcoal color has a hint of muted green to it rather than a pure gray/charcoal. Love this bag!

bought this in 2018, it's 2021 now and it's still in great condition. it was great for an overseas trip and for school as well. i love the organized pockets. the only thing i would say is that the leather flaps on the bottom curled up and they're a little out of shape, but otherwise no major damage.

Very cute! The boxy shape...

Very cute! The boxy shape is great for carrying around a stack of books. If the exterior bottle pockets don't work for some of my water bottles or thermoses, the interior ones do. The pockets allow me to organize several journaling and planning supplies without bulking out too much. I'm 5'7", about 190 pounds, and the medium size is just right. The straps are padded and comfortable. Even with bags of pens, paints, two notebooks, a planner, and two novels, i can forget it's there for a long time. The water resistance is pretty good, water beaded on the surface during a rain shower but didn't penetrate the interior. Leather details are thick and snaps sturdy. I will be buying another in a different color!
