I've had this pen since June. It's comfortable to write with. The only problem is with the rubber grip. The plastic coating is starting to peel off. I'm not sure if it's a flaw or the fact that I put in my fleece pocket when not in use.

I agree with all of the other reviews!

Cons:
- sometimes does pop open but easy to pop in
- the grip does peel after a lot of use ): I’d say that’s the biggest weakness. You can, of course, replace it with another pen grip.

Pros:
- Awesome refills
- so light and narrow!! It has the same diameter as a lot of other normal pens
- Cute af color
- clip is sturdy

My favorite non-fountain pen I own By Far! Refillable, I've already replaced 4 inks on this bad boi. The 'click' down is firmer on this 4-ink version (vs the 5 which is a bit looser and easier to accidentally 'spring' back up). I have a halloween themed one (orange, black, green, and purple inks) and I have an EDC one (pencil, eraser, black ink, and a light highlighter color ink).

I have replaced 2 shoeboxes' worth of pens and pencils that were absolute garbage after discovering this series! Hi-tec c coleto's for life for me!

I was hesitant about this because I haven’t used a multi-pen in ages, but my pencil case was getting crowded and knowing it was Hi-Tec-C…well, I figured it wouldn’t hurt to try.
Best. Decision. Yet!
I’ve got it loaded up with two of my most-used pen colors, the 0.3 mechanical pencil component, and the eraser component, but I periodically swap colors as needed. Seriously looking at getting another barrel to keep more colors on-hand, but I can’t decide which! I do wish JetPens sold the cute little Coleto cases I’ve found online, but so far I’ve only found them in 0.5 pen nibs that hold 10, and I use the 0.3 and got the 18-pack of colors so…it is what it is. Gives me the opportunity to make my own!
So far my only actual issue has been that the grip on this pen body had a bubble near the surface that popped, and now it has been peeling. It’s a great stim sometimes, but it definitely is a manufacturing defect that could’ve been avoided.
Otherwise, I’m in love! The slimmer profile of the 500 model is perfect for me and my tiny hands, and the orange is awesome. Wish there were more color options for the metal pen bodies since I appreciate the professional look, but it’s not a huge deal.
If you’re thinking about this, go for it! Your pencil case will thank you. :D

As thin as a normal pen. Sturdy clip; I carry it around with me everywhere at work to differentiate notes. One thing to keep in mind is that the top of the pen (where you slide in the refills) pops open easily when pushed, so sometimes when I drop the pen it will fall open. Thankfully, the refills never fall out, and it's an easy pop back in.

Love the 4-barrel; always wanted the 4th ink in them. The tops are not so sensitive that they unlock.

This is an amazing Multi Pen and I have several. I filled them with Pilot Hi-Tec-C Gel refills and after a year [over a year] they still write like magic. I use this pen at least once a day and all the colors I installed [green, orange, black and red]. I have often left a color engaged and the next day they still write like magic. I've bought and tried several Multi-Pens and the Pilot Hi-Tech-C Coletos [all models] are the way above the rest. The gel ink refills are amazing. They have such a clean design and are a pleasure to use. I just had to write a review. I promise you won't be disappointed!!

I got this for a friend for Christmas. I introduced her to the Coleto multi pen. She bought a full refill set. It’s a really fun orange shade. Last time I saw her, she had this pen to use.
