I love these pens! The 005 style is great for journaling in your Bible -- the ink doesn't bleed through the thin pages like most colored pens do. The price is great, almost half the cost of what I am able to find in retail stores. I placed a a bulk order of these pen sets for a workshop at my church and was late getting the order placed. I emailed the website because I was concerned the order would not arrive in time and they expedited the order for me. It's not often you get personalized service like that through a website.

My first bad experience with a pen from JetPens. My primary purpose was to use these pens for annotations in books. Positives: I like this orange. Not as vibrant as some, but easy to read. And the bleed-thru was minimal on even the thinnest of papers. The negatives: I ordered 5 of the 0.2 mm blue Sakuras and 1 of them was dry from the start. It skipped on all papers tried and wouldn't write at all on certain kinds. But even the four that worked were and are a disappointment. For one, the tip feels mushy, very different than the crisp rollerballs and gels I've always used for notes. JetPens calls the tip plastic in its specifications, but the tips are felt. Though the pens are classified as felt, JetPens' description of their tips seems misleading. (I'm writing in May 2019.) Second -- and this can be good or bad, but for me it was bad -- they're very sensitive to pressure. Too much force and they write like a 1-mm pen; too little and they barely register. And they're more sensitive to angles. As a left-hander who writes at a fairly acute one, this was a problem. A disappointment.
