My favorite gel ink. Already tried the Hi-Tec-C, Sarasa, and Sharbo X gel inks.
The Uni-ball Style Fit refills own all of them. Excellent and smooth enough for
left-handed writers with vibrant colors. The inks passed my water-resistant test
of running hot water over written paper. Now Uni-ball needs to create D1 refills
with this ink so we can use them in the Sharbo X multi-pens. Hurry.
These are by far some of the best gel ink refills I have ever used. The writing
is smooth up to .5mm but anything smaller and it does get a little scratchy...
It's just the nature of a roller ball being that small. One drawback, though,
is that the ink never seems to last very long. I go through a refill in about a
month. I don't know.. maybe it's because I enjoy writing with these so much!
This ink is very smooth but seems to be running out. My coleto has lasted longer
but I will probably still purchase for my i I style! Just wish the ink lasted
longer.
It smears! If you're left-handed, maybe look for something else, and if you plan
to use highlighters with this ink, it will smudge no matter how long you wait or
what highlighter you use (for reference I tried, Stabilo Boss, Mildliners, Kokuyo,
Sharpie).
