Right to cancel

Exchanges

Unfortunately we do not yet support product exchanges at this moment. If you would like to exchange a product, please go through the return process. After that, you can order a replacement product by placing a new order online.

How and when do I get my refund?

Refund depends on your selected payment method. If you paid for your order by credit card, PayPal or Klarna, the money will be refunded to the (credit) card / PayPal account that was used for the original payment. If you paid by Ideal or bank transfer, the money will be transferred to your bank account. Money will be refunded within 14 days after returning your Joolz product.

Damaged or wrong product

After delivery please check your parcel immediately. If you are missing a product, please contact our Customer Service by e-mail within 48 hours of delivery.

Returning costs are on your expense. Since we are not responsible for any items that are sent to us in error, we recommend using a postal service that insures the value of the returned products or provides a tracking number.
