What services do we provide for Data Reversibility?
In compliance with the Health Information Protection Act (HIPA) and within the scope of our ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certifications, we support our clients in all their data reversibility efforts.
Autonomous Data Export
We offer our clients the ability to export their data independently for the entire duration of the contract.
Assisted Data Export
Throughout the duration of the contract, we assist you in exporting your data to Excel format, including all associated attachments (documents, contracts, etc.).
Data Retrieval
At the end of the contract, we systematically provide you with a copy of your data in Excel format.
Data Erasure
We proceed with data deletion within 2 months after sending the data copy, in accordance with HIPA. A confirmation report documenting the data deletion is provided.
Migration Project
We assist you in transferring your data to a new environment.
