They obtained that it provides with means to avoid burnout, raise job satisfaction, and raise overall well-being. I think most of executives forget about their wellbeing under the stressful working conditions. One of the most effective strategies to counter this problem, is to put a time limit for every task and for the whole working day. the other strategy is to force your mind to take a break from work problems and enjoy something you love to do out of that area.
