If influencers are missing deadlines, here’s how to get your social media strategy back on track: 1- Communicate: Address the delay immediately and offer flexibility if reasonable. 2- Reset Deadlines: Adjust timelines and set regular check-ins to prevent future delays. 3- Incentivize: Offer rewards for timely delivery, and include penalties for late content. 4- Tighten Contracts: Ensure deadlines and consequences are clear in your agreements. 5- Prepare Backup: Have alternative influencers or content ready to fill gaps. 6- Track Results: Analyze the impact of delays and adjust your approach accordingly.

I build in buffers and have backup plans. I also communicate clearly and set realistic expectations. If needed, I negotiate new deadlines or find alternative content solutions. Staying calm and flexible saves the day! It's like having a Plan B (and C, and D!)

From my experience one thing i found good in dealing with Influencers is communication and follow up. We should always match expectations as this field requires creativity and time so if we put a deadline then we have to put another on deadline ( the actual deadline) couple of days after the communicated one.
