Brainstorm and come up with at least two to three alternatives by keeping projects demands under consideration. Present these alternative solutions to the stakeholders on its pros, cons and trade-offs for each. Show your willingness to find a mutual beneficial solution by highlighting how these alternatives align with the overall project goals and constrains. Finally document the revisited agreement and follow up with the updates on progress and any further adjustments needed.
