Resistance often arises between development and design teams, where developers may be frustrated with frequent changes. Address this frustration by clearly explaining the rationale behind each change and how it contributes to user metrics and overall project goals. Effective communication is crucial; articulate the benefits of design changes to both the development team and project management, emphasizing how these changes will positively impact user experience and metrics.

We have to make sure of Early Involvement of UX/UI in the Development Process, Establish Clear Design Guidelines, We should focus on Prioritize Core User Journeys and Finally Empathy-Driven Development. If we follow these steps/guidelines we can minimize the challenges.
