When the 'hallucinations' arise ( they do ) and bias we must take ownership and disclose full transparency and get back to basics. The ability to be able to pin point what caused the bais and how it was dealt with immediately will undoubtedly prove to others you are the master not the AI. With all the recent buzz and worry around AI safety being an advocate for Ethical AI will win you major support from the wider community as a credible expert. This calls for a diverse group of experts collaborating together.

It is an emergency now as linked systems run without informing the person to whom it applies. Governments are now caught in systems and muzzle those deemed the lesser employees. Charter not-with-standing clause is the overriding concern in Canada. Most are not informed of civil rights, access to information and privacy (ATIP), redactions and withholding practices.

Yes. Templates feed links to other algorithms so if you encounter an input data placement error, mention this to make a systems alignment, reducing operational time losses. There is a need for review before final sign off as a consent to the data input. This feature is not available in imput locked systems. You NEED TO KNOW this feature or learn the hard way. No corrections are possible, it is permanent. There is no governance in this arena, to my knowledge. We need to change law, governance to provide ready acess to fundamental ERROR OF IDENTITY FRAUD.
