- Seek out different roles within the organization: Try to look out for enriching roles within the organization where you can contribute in both ways. This can be another project, an organisation initiative etc. Initiatives help you to grow within the organization and gives a technomanagerial exposure. The reason behind the same is thst these are a mix of technology driven tools as well as they need someone to drive it across teams. This gives you exposure in both sides.
