Isso com certeza engaja o time e traz melhores resultados.

A successful leader follows "write what you are doing, do what you have written" logic and this includes exceptions.

It is crucial that team members recognize that they do not have to tackle with all the issues by themselves and can ask for support from leader and other team members as needed. In a sense of creating a self sufficient "TEAM" is key task for the leader.
