Eu acredito que deixar claro desde o início os desafios e a estratégia da companhia, mantém o colaborador motivado - sobre o que esperar após a "recepção calorosa", não adianta de nada receber o colaborador muito bem, se ele não tem claro as estratégias e desafio de onde está ingressando. Isso mantém alinhado toda visão sistêmica do novo colaborador, e também a transparência da empresa;
