Ensuring you maintain a healthy diet, get enough sleep, maintain a healthy relationship with colleagues, friends, and family, and get to do the things you love (sports, hobbies, etc...) is paramount to reaching your full potential at work, and to being as creative as you can get! And remember, allowing your colleagues and subordinate to feel valued does enhance your wellbeing and theirs!
