I think DECISION MAKING in itself is a top skill crucial for organizational success. Firstly it’s important to stop thinking you have all the answers! Ask employees for their inputs, encourage open dialogues, and collect diverse perspectives. Establish clear goals and expectations to ensure everyone is on the same page. Discuss decisions with an action-oriented team to create a judicious BUY-IN. Outline pros and cons, then create a timeline for action.
