Talking about your life. And seeing your life. Are two completely different things. I often share my screen from my reMarkable and draw and visualise concepts, exercises or notes with my clients. My impression is that it brings the concepts to life. Especially when speaking about more personal matters - but also with business related topics. So experiment with using visual tools to improve the chances that the client understands what you try to communicate.

Talking at length about a subject works for many, but not all. Providing a visual takeaway clients can refer to after a business coaching session helps them recall the discussion for later reference.
