Be prepared to over reach and try stuff outside your comfort zone, make mistakes and own up to those mistakes and just keep going every mistake is a lesson and if you never go beyond your own comfort you wil always just be stuck on trivial coding problems and small tasks, take on something scary, and reach out to a team mate when stuck and just keep powering and back yourself ( you will be suprised how much just pure will power with some help from a team member can accomplish)
