I agree with Patricia, the hands-on method is usually very successful, unfortunately only in areas where the trainee can see the results immediately. In many other areas, especially those with a lot of administrative work, such as quality management or regulatory affairs, the result is usually only seen after a third party has checked it. In my experience, it has become well established here to present the basic knowledge in courses or internal training in the form of frontal teaching and then to deepen the whole thing in practice with a "personal coach". In this way, the knowledge learned can be put directly into practice and an experienced employee can correct or comment on the "input".

Las dinámicas de equipo dentro del departamento son fundamentales, al menos desde mi experiencia es fundamental hacer un traspaso de información claro y directo para que no haya confusiones. Siempre habrá gente con la que tengas mejor o peor relación pero esta claro que dentro del trabajo se debe ser profesional y adaptarte a cualquier equipo para que la dinámica siempre sea positiva y el traspaso de información sea fluido.

Desde mi experiencia siempre se evoluciona y se mejora, ya sea con métodos analíticos nuevos que conlleven menos trabajo y mas eficiencia hasta la organización de la documentación para mejorar más la trazabilidad. Es un departamento que tiene que ir evolucionando al ritmo que evoluciona la empresa y crea nuevos productos.
