I can’t think of any specific considerations to share as we will be put in different situations and we make our decisions based on many things. However I have this to share. We can always choose not to be difficult to each other. I have worked with many bosses and only a few are actually good leaders. These good ones are those generous to share what they know. They are hard to come by these days. With the rest of the difficult ones I worked with, I found, - there is a I can learn. But how I see work is simply- This is just work. We keep it professional, and stay open to discussions and feedback and we adjust. It’s always a two-way street. You’re not always going to agree with everything you hear, but you’ve got to start by listening.
