I have found that people are eager to share their knowledge and you can learn so much from fellow workmates. Take advantage of opportunities to attend other teams' meetings (if available). I have found this gave me valuable insight into the company culture. Take advantage of the training your company provides. Especially the training that strengthens soft skills are just as important as IT skills. By getting to know your co-workers you can build a contact list of who to go to when you need help solving a problem.
