Technology, programming languages, and frameworks evolve faster than a British weather forecast. In my experience I would - Call out the impact and business metrics achieved in each project. Examples are improving usability, accessibility, reducing customer churn, productivity gains, automation, improving lead generation etc and try to associate with a measure. - Call out my expertise and proficies in my headline and what value is brought. - Highlight key successes and key learnings from challenges overcome in various engagements - Applications where I was involved doing end to end development - Recognitions I recieved - Professional Certifications - Growth stories

I would implement the below - Watch out new design and architectural patterns that emerge. - Nocode platforms, code generation tools, - Look at what openAI and GPT do and streamline my capacity - Look at prompt design and english as a language to get what you need - Constantly evaluate new frameworks, tools and development accelerators - Dig into open source and try to achieve maximum from it Always be in for a productive change
