After working in corporate real estate with a retail user for 10 years in markets all over the NE United States, the biggest thing I left with is that the rent or the cost of land and building isn't as important as how much can you earn and net from each store. Every market is different so I did have to learn about the market and what rates are for what we needed but for the right demographics and location there were many times we had to pay more than market, especially in dense markets that have lots of competition for property. That's where our research department could give guidance about potential sales and possible upside of their predictions.

Pour elles, "réseauter" se limite à peu de choses, histoire de dire"qu'on y est". Certaines montrent leur "superbe" fonctionnement interne, d'autres des réalisations. Mais en vérité, elles ne cherchent quasiment pas à nouer des contacts professionnels . En fait, cela leur sert juste de vitrine et elles se complaisent dans ce système. C'est quasiment 90 % des membres de Linkedin. Mais à quoi bon rendre une image positive si on ne s'en sert pas ? Voilà une bonne question !
