Unlike real-time meetings, owners are unable to have full control of the characteristics of the team members, and how they utilize their time. It's not a bad thing, because that means you do not judge an employee based on the amount of time they spend in the office. Here are a few things you could do : 1. Set quantifiable & clear targets for team members to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly. 2. If they are unable to meet the targets, what are the consequences? How many times will they be forgiven before they get booted out of the team or the company? 3. Find a suitable app that will allow project managers to track and manage progress and workflow. 4. Make sure all team members have proper internet connections 5. Rinse and repeat
