How can you create a menu that appeals to diverse audiences?

It is so important to understand your target audience while there can be others who could be attracted to your brand. Being associated with a large cafe chain, our target audience being the youth, majority of the items in the menu was targeted towards this audience- in the color, latest trends, etc.

Consistency over variety any day. You can do 1 or 2 things but do them very well. Don’t overcomplicate things with huge menus and hundreds of choices. You only Confuse the people and on top of that are unlikely to be using all fresh and local ingredients. Keep it simple.

Fresh is always best. Local food will not only get you familiar with what’s going on around you but also help to make you a pillar of the local community, creating jobs, giving exposure to local items. You will also discover new things but getting away from the overused ingredients you see everywhere. Helping everyone to grow.
