Whatever the feedback collection form is, make sure that all the involved people feel safe to speak/write their minds and really dedicate time and mental energy to think through what they have to put on the table. The most valuable outcome, I have experienced via in-person session where the members not only evaluated what worked well and what shall be better but also had an opportunity to give anonymous feedback to each project team member on their work in the project and collectively reflect on what we learn on each other.

Two things i have found helpful when collecting feedback is: - Schedule dedicated sprint review meetings where the development team shows the client what has been done. - Give the client to some time to review the demo by themselves or with their QA team - Schedule a secondary session where the client has the opportunity to review key points they found during their review, not necessarily about bugs they found but also questions they might have about what was delivered in the sprint.

The final aim of any Project is to achieve a set of deliverables, which have been formulated after consultation with all Primary and Secondary stakeholders who will have be influenced/ have influence on the outcome. Feedback helps Project Manager/ Progtam manager to steer towards final outcome.
