The most basic things you should learn are HTML 5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6). I know it sounds very basic and "everyone" knows that. But if you have that strong fundamental, you can learn anything else in the web dev industry. Everything, really everything is based on the mentioned three technologies. You have learned CSS? Great, go to Tailwind or other CSS frameworks. You know Javascript? Great, go on to Vue, Angular or any other JS Framework, and maybe learn some Typescript. HTML, CSS, and JS are like you learn to read, it is necessary for further learning and exploring the world.

Each year we get new features, frameworks, standards change or new are created. Version of important technologies end their LTS support... Everything changes every year. On the one hand this is very good, because the sector and industry sees much innovation. From HTML 4 and tables to today's Nuxt.js with SSR and Server Side code all in one codebasis was a long way.
