Unfortunately, I see many organizations still not using MFA with their public cloud providers. Not even on the root account! I don't think it's because they don't care. It's very easy to miss and I think it's the cloud provider not pushing hard enough, nor requiring it. AWS has just announced they will make MFA mandatory mid-2024. Which is great. But still awfully late.
