You should always assess review and update your goals because they will change over time. If your goal is to learn more or move horizontally it is totally fine, not everyone wants to become a manager and it should not be the only path forward. It is absolutely fine to want to remain and IC as long as you constantly learn and improve you can also move horizontally. Learn from your mistakes identifying what you like and what you would like to do more and adjust your goals based on this.
