Validate responses by using the same prompt with multiple platforms. You *have* to take time to set up Ai properly to do high-quality UX research. You've already lost if you treat it as a shortcut.

The best way to use AI for design research is to understand how to do the research and get the research done by AI. You don't have to do the research yourself, you need to make the AI do that for you. And for this you need to have proper understanding of your users. Now that you know you need to have understanding of your users, you can use AI to collect data from everywhere and use that info to understand the users. As a designer you need to only know the process and instruct the AI do it for you and further proceed based on the info it has gathered for you.
