According to my experiences in training of trainers, some games provide pure or spontaneously reaction, that can be use by the trainer to explain something meaningfully. for example: I use a games: journey in the moon, where groups of astronaut stranded on the moon and must be determine what items will be taken on the space craft that will take them home to the earth. This game will show, what is the effect of group discussion have on changing someone's opinion?. Its very fun and never fail.

SMART goals must be well defined and tailored to one's audience. Well designed presentation brings positive outcomes and feedback.
