In my experience, these are the game changers 1. Review Sprint Goals at Each Stand-Up: Start every meeting with a brief recap of the sprint goals to remind the team of the focus and ensure everyone is aligned. 2. Use Visual Boards for Task Tracking: Incorporate visual tools, like Kanban boards, to quickly show progress on sprint tasks and highlight any blockers that may affect goals. 3. Rotate Responsibilities: Assign a different team member to lead the stand-up each day, fostering ownership and encouraging everyone to stay engaged with the sprint objectives. 4. Identify Impediments to Sprint Goals: Dedicate time to discuss any roadblocks that are directly impacting sprint goals, prioritizing solutions that keep the team on track.

There's more to these three questions. It starts with people. There should be a person on the team constantly asking him/herself and every few days asking the team the following questions: - Are we in line with the sprint goals? Are we maintaining the right focus? - Are we on time with the tasks to hit the sprint goals? Incorporate these to your rituals and watch the results.

PLease don't follow the 3 questions format. This only ensures that your Daily Scrum will become a meaningless status update. Focus on one thing and one thing only: the sprint goal.
