Don’t forget to work with the venue representative as they know their space the best and have seen a variety of events’ designs and creativity in it. Ask what other events have found to be successful and ask to see photos or videos. You can also ask for a reference so you can ask other planners who have used the space before what they experienced, what went well and what they’d do differently.
