Every member should feel responsible for his or her specific task, team success, and the company itself. Ownership also means room for mistakes and bad choices. I have heard it about a thousand times, but it's still true: You learn best by mistakes. However, there is another rule I absolutely like: Make every mistake but never make the same mistake twice.
