In my experience, when promoting a product using social media, it's a great idea to let others (your customers) do some of the talking for you. Find ways to share their reviews or incorporate their feedback into your content. Doing this let's potential customers see that your brand is tuned into what its audience is saying and makes it clear that other people found your product useful. You know how it goes, it's the idea that: if it worked for them it could work for me too! So find ways to highlight what others are already saying about your product(s) on social media.

Not all social media platforms are the same, and neither are your potential customers. You need to choose the platforms that best suit your product, your audience, and your goals. For example, if your product is visual, you might want to use Instagram or Pinterest. If your product is educational, you might want to use YouTube or LinkedIn. Do some research on where your ideal customers hang out, what kind of content they consume, and what tone and style they prefer.
