I would begin by reiterating our primary objective, which is to deliver an exceptional event experience while prioritising the health and safety of all participants. Understanding each other's duties and finding common ground will enable us to collaborate effectively. focus less on differences and instead work on developing a common plan that takes into account both perspectives. Regularly monitoring progress and seeking feedback for adjustments and improvements would be beneficial. If (When) conflicts arise,I would remind everyone of the scope and encourage a collaborative approach to finding solutions that benefit everyone. Always keeping in mind that our ultimate aim is to create a successful, enjoyable, and safe event for all attendees.

Encourage collaborative planning this will help create clear Policies and Procedures. Adress concerns proactively, encourage both parties to share their views and opinions. Encourage meditations where both parties can split their differences and have a common understanding.
