I believe, in this area, there needs to be balanced mix of human and AI interventions. Talent management is big and sensitive area when it comes to career development and growth for individuals, and strength of the organization. In my interactions with peers, I have seen AI do assessments, identify strengths and development areas as well as map strengths to potential career opportunities, it is often the case that managers fail to clearly articulate feedback, identify strengths or set SMART goals for development. Career conversations also isn't a forte of many. If we can have AI assist in some of these areas like charting a bio, it would ease some part of it but the human element remains deeply rooted in this aspect of HR.

Studies have shown that engaged employees are more productive, more accountable, and more likely to bring a positive influence to the organization.
