2 Filter by categories

Another way to filter your results in ENPS is to use the category filter. You can select one or more categories from the drop-down menu and ENPS will only display the stories and media that belong to those categories. For example, if you want to find all the stories that are tagged as breaking news, sports, or weather, you can select those categories from the menu and ENPS will show you all the matching items. You can also create your own custom categories and assign them to your stories and media to make them easier to find and organize.

3 Filter by date and time

A third way to filter your results in ENPS is to use the date and time filter. You can choose a specific date range or time frame and ENPS will only display the stories and media that were created or modified within that period. For example, if you want to find all the stories that were updated in the last hour, you can select "Last hour" from the time filter and ENPS will show you all the recent items. You can also use the calendar tool to select a specific date or a range of dates and ENPS will show you all the items that fall within that span.

4 Sort by criteria

Once you have filtered your results, you can also sort them by different criteria to arrange them in a preferred order. You can click on the column headers in the ENPS window and ENPS will sort the stories and media by that column. For example, if you want to sort the stories by their duration, you can click on the "Duration" header and ENPS will sort the stories from shortest to longest or vice versa. You can also sort by other criteria such as name, status, category, date, time, or priority.

5 Customize your view

In addition to filtering and sorting your results, you can also customize your view in ENPS to display only the information that you need. You can right-click on any column header and select "Customize columns" to add or remove columns from your view. For example, if you don't need to see the category or the status of the stories, you can uncheck those columns and ENPS will hide them from your view. You can also drag and drop the columns to rearrange them in your preferred order.

6 Save your settings

Finally, after you have filtered, sorted, and customized your view in ENPS, you can save your settings for future use. You can click on the "Save view" button in the ENPS toolbar and give your view a name. ENPS will store your settings and allow you to access them anytime. You can also share your view with other users in your newsroom by clicking on the "Share view" button and selecting the recipients. This way, you can collaborate and communicate more effectively with your team and ensure consistency and accuracy in your stories and media.
