Sometimes technology does not not need to involve gadgets and computers, but rather something a little more old school edtech: LEGO. I recently began introducing LEGO Serious Play into my coaching sessions, to help clients who were feeling stuck in their thinking, and did this help them to bring to life their thoughts, feelings and ideas! Once they started it didn't stop. What the LEGO tools allowed them to do was express their innermost thoughts in a new way and this allowed not only defences to be broken but new perspectives to come forth too. Old school tech, like physical bricks, uses kinesthetic, visual and auditory aspects that stimulates neural activity, offering relief to those who feel limited in their ability to express themselves
