The Industrial Revolution brought about significant societal changes, including the need for a literate and skilled workforce. As a result of this, education became more formalized and structured. This era empowered both the givers as well as the receivers.

Parents and boards of education working with other designated contributors determine the content of student curriculum. Teachers are not propagandists. They are hardworking dedicated individuals who are overworked and under paid. Also they are becoming scarce. The two World Wars had a great impact on education. During wartime, the schools often had to adapt to the needs of the nation, with the teachers emphasizing on patriotism, national values, and practical skills relevant to the war effort. The benefits of having technology is that teachers can have ongoing support through being able to learn and teach themselves online, resources are easier to find and use and lesson content can be found. There is artificial intelligence now available which can support new and inexperienced teachers too. Although these benefits exist and will only amplify in the future, I do believe as teachers we can loose our novelty which comes from being able to plan lessons that suit your students needs, using the whiteboard and stripping down to basics, reading books rather than using the Internet. I am from the digital era myself, but I believe that the rapid advancement of technology could effect teachers careers and generally create lazy teacher.

They can incorporate multimedia, online collaboration, and personalized learning, enhancing the educational experience for their students.

Teachers may face increased pressure to meet standardized testing requirements or adapt their instruction to align with specific educational policies and goals.

Effective ways to build a great culture of an Educational institution. 1- Effective teaching, Discipline of Time , considering school a space of learning and creativity,Effective communication, Establishing a great relationship with students ,when you create a great culture of encouraging the right thing and strongly condemn the wrong then you create an environment of trust with administration and your team . Mentoring is extremely important in an Educational institution and to stand for the right as Teacher's are Nation builders as we nurture our future generations who create a world to be a better place.  Encourage the right path  to the goal because the path to the goal is equally important than the final destination.
