I try to avoid thinking on it... sometimes it's hard and you need to find a balance. So, I clear my mind and take a little nap or go out for some fresh air... walking is good to clear your mind and to find new ideas related to your project. I walk a lot. I find this very inspiring in the way the nature interact with the architecture. Finding a good movie to watch and just relax... there is not other way to avoid burnout you need to give a space to yourself. It's needy. Besides a good time organization. Sometimes you are an early bird, others an owl but you need to find a balance in the way you can be more proactive so your work flow is better.

It's essential to prioritize tasks, tackling the most important ones first and saving less important ones for later. I recommend dividing the team to work on different tasks, and if possible, delegate tasks to juniors and interns. This approach will not only help manage the workload but also provide them with valuable learning opportunities.
