Juggling it all? I got you! As a small business owner and content creator myself, I know the STRUGGLE of balancing content creation with all the other hats to wear. BUT here's how I make it work!!! 1. I dedicate specific blocks of time for content creation. It's like putting a meeting with myself on the calendar. (It may sound crazy BUT it works for me!!!) 2. Scheduling social media posts and using management tools saves me TONS of time. This is a lifesaver. As of now, my team and I are using Social Pilot to schedule content for different social media platforms. 3. When possible, I outsource tasks to focus on what I do best and grow my business. It's all about finding the right balance and using tools to my advantage.

While Pizza Hut, Domino's, Papa John's, and Papa Murphy all sell pizza, they solve different problems. -> What is the population for whom you solve the problem? Everyone is not your customer. Know the geographic, demographic, psychographic, and behavioral factors of your ideal customer. -> Which social media platform is best for reaching those customers? Knowing who uses the top social media platforms and their differences will aid in getting your content to your audience. Being in front of the right people at the right time on the right platform matters.

BALANCE. It’s the hardest thing to find when you’re running a small business. And yet, it’s EVERYTHING. You’re the CEO. The marketer. And the content creator. But how do you find time for content when buried in tasks? Here’s what I’ve learned: 1. SCHEDULE EVERYTHING. If it’s not scheduled, it won’t get done. 2. AUTOMATE WHERE YOU CAN. Tools are your best friend. 3. PRIORITIZE. Focus on what adds VALUE. 4. OUTSOURCE. You can’t do it all, and you shouldn’t have to. Remember your WHY. When you find BALANCE, everything else falls into place.
