TEAMS/ZOOM are fantastic tools in the last 5 years where great sharing, training, and collaboration can take place. 1 or 2 weekly team meetings are a must for working together in a united effort MOBILE PHONE is also helpful for voice/chat (contacts outside of TEAMS) PERSONAL MEETING in a nearby setting is also beneficial as sometimes folks will share more openly & with greater privacy, etc. This is less common now in our virtual world LISTENING is a key technique in each of these areas

And in working past offices in EUROPE, there may be 5-6 hours difference Even in USA, the time difference between EAST & WEST coast can be up to 3 hours.
