Someone else great at engagement? Put them on community management. Can't delegate? Consider outsourcing some tasks to freelancers. Not only using chat gpt for text or midjourney for pictures, but using all of our new assistants to become more efficient in planning or visualise our ideas. Learnings are essential for everyone and everything, not only social media. I think we shouldn't see social media in it's own bubble and more like a part of our general corporate commutication. When I started working in social media, I was looking for good working campaigns, postings, texts that were good for realising the focused KPIs, but weren't part of a strategic communications concept relating to the company.
