Then by identifying others that have those strengths you can identify the right people to help you get the results your looking for. The collaborators don't need to think like you do as you want others around that create a space for multiple ideas, but you should all be on the same page and agree that the end goal of the collaboration should be what you set out to accomplish while you were in the planning phase.

It's essential to determine the relevant spheres before identifying specific individuals. For instance, when aiming to establish connections in the field of Marketing in X region, my approach involves identifying the leading authorities in this domain and discerning the companies making notable strides in the subject area. Furthermore, leveraging the "People also viewed" feature while browsing LinkedIn profiles presents another effective method for expanding one's network.

And we should explore our circle including social media throughout we need to keep our eyes open to all bloggers and active accounts on social sites.

I always reach out with a compliment- “I really enjoyed your article/ post on ….” Reading it was a breath of fresh air and I found your perspective and vision inspiring. Ask some questions about them and what makes them passionate about their subject matter. Build a conversation and relationship based on common ground, go from there and tell them about your work and ask them if they have time to read it as you’d value their perspective.
